A heat exchanger inspection device using guided ultrasonic wave is provided to perform a non-destructive inspecting operation in a wide range effectively and to check a large structure from a fixed point without moving a probe. A heat exchanger inspection device using guided ultrasonic wave comprises an ultrasonic wave sensor(400) and a guided ultrasonic wave transmitter(300). The ultrasonic wave sensor generates ultrasonic waves. The guided ultrasonic wave transmitter includes an inclined surface for attaching the ultrasonic wave sensor at one end, a buffering plate attaching surface stepped at the middle portion, and an ultrasonic wave guide wing for transmitting the ultrasonic waves at the other end. The guided ultrasonic wave transmitter is installed at an inlet of a tube(101) of a heat exchanger.
