FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: method involves analyzing exudate from abdominal cavity after having done amputation of uterus and uterine appendages. Prekallikrein and kallikrein activity level is determined and the ratio coefficient of the former to the latter index is to be calculated. Study is carried out before and after treatment with cyclophosphane. The coefficient value being found greater than the initial value, the treatment is judged to be effective. The coefficient value remaining unchanged or becoming less than the initial value, the treatment is considered to be ineffective.;EFFECT: high accuracy of diagnosis; enhanced effectiveness in carrying out therapy correction.;1 tbl
