The mast step has a vertical mast (3) arranged or fastened to the step. A set of arms (11) is fastened at the step, which extends in different directions away from the step. Two fingers (12a, 12b) extend away from the arms and stand bases are provided at ends (15) of the fingers for overlying on an underground. The fours arms are of equal length and formed evenly at the step, where ends of the arms form the corners of a square. The fingers extend symmetrically to the respective arm. An independent claim is also included for an antenna mast including a mast step.
