Miniaturized inertial measuring system (1) comprises a circuit board arrangement (2) made from a single rigid circuit board having a flexible region formed by a recess corresponding to a bent pattern. The circuit board is folded onto the flexible region to form a circuit board arrangement tensioning a three-dimensional space. An independent claim is also included for a process for the production of the miniaturized inertial measuring system. Preferred Features: The circuit board surfaces (3) have a flat geometric base surface with a square, rectangular, multi-cornered round and/or oval surface.
