Clamping device (1) has pivot lever turnably placed in drag bearing with bearing plates and bearing casing dampened by sliding bearing part and friction element. Drag bearing has a combined coupling and damping installation with at least one friction bearing bush (6) arranged in gap between bearing pin (3) and bearing casing (7). Bearing bush has on it interior several evenly distributed, radially inwards pointing, inclined surfaces (10) with which the friction bearing bush lies on identically formed inclined surfaces (9) on the exterior of the bearing pin. Bearing bush is operated by pressure spring (11) with axial pressing force.
