The adjustment device has a linear drive (17), which has a pull rod sliding along a linear axis (19). A bearing element is provided by which the linear drive is supported such that it is rotating around a rotary axis (29) with respect to the headlamp component, which is arranged lateral and at a distance from the linear axis. The bearing element comprises a fastening part (21) with an annular or U-shaped holder, which is fixed on the linear drive. An independent claim is also included for a headlight with a headlight component.
