The valve has a housing (1) with connections for two piplines (2, 3), and valve seats (4, 5) that are provided between the connections. Closing bodies (6, 7) cooperate with respective seats and are operable independent of each other using an actuating unit. A hollow bar (9) is guided into a hollow bar (8) in a longitudinally relocatable manner. A circular membrane (28) has an outer edge (28a) fastened to an end of the body (6) and an inner edge (28b) fastened to the bar (9) in a sealable manner.
