The system has solid, three fourth, half-spherical shaped, cone-shaped, trapezoid shaped retaining units made of metal or plastic. The retaining units are fixed directly at a structure by screws or nails, where the length of the nails is same as the length of a screening material. The screening material exhibits grooves or grooved strips directly corresponding to a rear side of the screening material. The retaining units are fixed on an endless strip made of plastic, wood or paper material in a definite distance corresponding to the grooves distance of the screening material.
