The building (10) has wall elements (16) arranged between a floor element (12) and a ceiling component (14). Supports (18) are arranged between the wall elements or the floor element and a foundation (24). The supports are provided for leveling guide elements, and comprise an adjustment unit cooperating with the guide elements by a thread. The adjustment unit and the guide elements are fixed by fixing element i.e. screw, at the foundation relative to each other. The adjustment unit is adjustable in height relative to the guide elements along the thread at 10 cm.
