This document contains scoping and technical requirements for acccessibility to211u001ebuidlings and facilities by individuals with disabilities under the Americans 211u001ewith Disabilities Act (ADA) of 1990. These scoping and technical requirements are 211u001eto be applied during the design, construction, and alteration of buidlings and 211u001efacilities covered by titles II and III of the ADA to the extent required by 211u001eregulations issued by Federal agencies, including the Department of Justice and 211u001ethe Department of Transportation, under the ADA.
