The pliers have a c-shaped clamp (40) including two arms (41,42). The arms extend respectively through a curved opening (24) to a handle (20). The arm (41) is longer than the arm (42) and is connected with a latch. The arm (42) gets stuck with an interior edge of the opening. A toothed side (31) is brought in contact with a toothed inner side by movement of the arms, when the handle (20) is turned away by a handle (10).
