PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a switching device for a photographic lens, in which an operation switch can be arranged in an arbitrary position, for switching the photographic lens, moreover, switching is completed by temporary energization, so that it is unnecessary that an energization state is maintained, a lens switching position is stabilized and moreover, battery consumption is reduced as much as possible.;SOLUTION: A movable unit comprises a lens barrel 60 to which the photographic lens is attached and a cylinder which is arranged on the circumference of the lens barrel 60 and made of a magnetic material. A permanent magnet is arranged on a coil base arranged in the circumferential portion of the movable unit and two coils are wound on both sides in an optical axis direction across the permanent magnet. The switching device for the photographic lens has two cylindrical yokes 20 and 30 which hold the coil base from both sides in the optical axis direction and are made of the magnetic material and a frame 70 and a case which hold the yokes 20 and 30 from both sides. The movable unit is moved to one side in the optical axis direction by the energization of the two coils C1 and C2 and further, this state is maintained by the permanent magnet, even after the energization is cut off.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
