PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the magnetic properties and thermal stability of a rare earth magnet alloy without using Tb, Dy and Ho being expensive rare metals.;SOLUTION: The rare earth magnet alloy has a composition comprising yttrium (Y) as an essential element in addition to praseodymium (Pr), iron (Fe), cobalt (Co), titanium (Ti), boron (B) and silicon (Si).
