PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nursing underwear which has a simpler structure and does not dirty an inside of the underwear and to provide a nursing mat and a nursing system which allow a posture of a wearer of the nursing underwear to be one easier for excretion and have a bedsores prevention function and an automatic turning over function.;SOLUTION: The nursing underwear comprises: a seat part 11 for a hip part of a wearer H to be seated; a toilet part 15 in a recessed shape which is surrounded by the seat part 11; and a seat body 10 which is provided on the bottom part of the seat part 11 and has pedestal parts 16A and 16B where expansion and contraction are possible. The seat body 10 is covered with an underwear texture and the pedestal parts 16A and 16B expand when the wearer H evacuates the bowels, so that the toilet part 15 spreads in the bottom direction from the seat part 11 to form a toilet space FS.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
