PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compression mechanism fixing structure for a sealed compressor that can bear a high pressure refrigerant and high speed rotation.;SOLUTION: This compression mechanism fixing structure for the sealed compressor is for fixing the compression mechanism housed in a housing 3. A die 19a having an inner diameter d is formed at an appropriate place on a side surface of a frame 19 which is a constituting member of the compression mechanism, and the housing 3 is pressed against the die 19a from the outside using a punch 40 having an outer diameter D equal to the inner diameter d (D=d).
