PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vertical double-shell cylindrical low-temperature storage which widens the scope of application of a mounting place and realizes excellent stability, functionality and cost efficiency by forming the shape of an inner tank appropriately corresponding to conditions such as capacity and pressure of a storage and requested cold insulation performance and by allowing the height of the storage to be restricted low.;SOLUTION: The storage includes an inner tank (1) equipped with a hemispherical upper end plate (6) and a hemispherical lower end plate (8), and an outer tank (2) surrounding the inner tank (1) through a cold insulation layer (3).
