PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transfer material for an electronic device capable of simply and conveniently forming an insulating layer or a barrier rib having high adhesiveness to the surface to be transferred, a forming method of an insulating layer and a barrier rib of the electronic device using the transfer material, and a light-emitting element superior in light-emitting performance.;SOLUTION: On a transfer support, the transfer material for the electronic device has the insulating layer, or a barrier rib material layer, and a layer containing a charge transporting organic low-molecular compound in this order.
