PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent both malfunction of a valve element caused by biting in of foreign matter in a clearance between a shaft part and a bearing part and leak at the time of closing a valve. ;SOLUTION: A vale element 70 comprises a body part 70a larger in diameter than a valve seat 47, a valve part 70b with a form protruding toward the valve seat 47 and a shaft part 70c extending opposite to the valve seat 47. When a protruding end part A of the valve part 70b is positioned in a boundary between two fluid passages 6 and 46, a maximum inclination of the valve element 70 at the time of opening the valve is restricted such that the protruding end part A is positioned within a range of opening of the valve seat 47. Thereby, when the valve element 70 moves to the valve closing direction, the valve part 70b is guided to the valve seat 47 and a tip (a center part) of the valve part 70b is guided to a center part side of the valve seat 47 to prevent leak at the time of closing the valve. Also a bearing part for maintaining a position of the valve element 70 is not needed and malfunction of the valve element 70 caused by biting in of foreign matter can be prevented.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2001,JPO
