PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sunroof operation control device allowing the detection of the breakage of a signal line which transmits the conditions of each switch.;SOLUTION: When the measurement of 200 mS by a T1 timer is completed (S6) with an ignition ON/OFF determining flag being 'ON' (S2), whether all conversion signals continuously detect or not 'ON' for T2 hour during the measurement by the T1 timer is determined (S11). When they detect it, the procedure goes to sunroof normal operation control for allowing normal operation (S14). On the other hand, when all of conversion signals SW1-SW3 cannot continuously detect 'ON' for T2 hour, a sunroof signal line breakage detecting flag is set for storing 'broken' (S12) and a sunroof operation prohibiting flag is set for putting sunroof operation into a prohibited condition (S13).;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
