PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a letter-engraved shelled peanuts which solves the problem, wherein although conventionally description that marks comprising letters, figures, signs or a combination thereof are formed on an edible semisolid food via laser machining, but these are merely letter-attached structures for the purpose of eating but offer no improvements in production or special structures, when they are produced, and since the features as an invention are not exhibited, even though the power of the letters and information potential are utilized effectively and effectiveness of utilization of laser machining can be understood.;SOLUTION: The method for producing a letter-engraved shelled peanuts on which letters for celebration occasion or fortune-inviting occasions are engraved, comprises a step of engraving letters for celebration occasions, fortune-inviting occasions, or the like, on the surface of the shelled-peanut before roasted; a step of eliminating the residues of the shelled-peanut on which letters for celebration occasions, fortune-inviting occasions or the like are engraved, and/or caring the peanut; a step of roasting the shelled-peanuts on which letters for celebration occasions, fortune-inviting occasions or the like are engraved; and a step of atomization washing and/or cleaning of the shelled-peanuts on which letters for celebrating occasions, fortune-inviting occasions, or the like, are engraved.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
