PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform stable and efficient rake reception in a rake receiving apparatus in a DS-CDMA system. PSOLUTION: The rake receiving apparatus includes finger quality determination units 3-1 to 3-4 and demodulation units 2-1 to 2-4 and synthesizes out output signals of a plurality of fingers. This rake receiving apparatus comprises a finger state determination unit for determining whether the plurality of fingers have the same conditions such as delay times and for stopping operating any one of fingers on the same conditions.
