PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide neutralization treatment equipment for rivers, lakes and ponds capable of easily performing neutralization treatment of acidic water at a low cost, material for neutralization treatment, a treatment method for the material for neutralization treatment and a neutralization treatment method for the rivers, lakes and ponds.;SOLUTION: This equipment has a container body 1 mounted with corga stone-containing nets 8 and 9 or calcium component-containing nets 11 and 12 and a blasting device for sending air into this container body 1 and performs the neutralization treatment by passing the strongly acidic river, lake and pond water through the container body 1.
