(57) [Abstract] The present invention relates to gel degradable by hydrolysis of poly crosslinked (ethylene glycol) (PEG) structure. By addition of water, cross-linked structures such becomes hydrogel and swells. This hydrogel can be prepared by reacting the derivative PEG different two containing the end of the chain functional groups that react with each other, to form a new covalent bond between the polymer chains. PEG derivatives are covalent bonds selected to obtain inside the crosslinked structure can be degraded by hydrolysis. Hydrolytic decomposition can result in controlled release (drug which includes) the molecules of the dissolved gel component, and has been captured.
