The utility model relates to a multiplace garage for parking of cars, which makes a maximal use of the built-up areas and volumes. It realizes the combination of a mechanized transfer system for one-or two-way movement along a closed contour with the parking places. The mechanized multiplace garage represents a pair of traction chains (1) between which, at a certain distance, the parking places û platforms (5) are positioned so that they are always horizontal. The platforms (5) perform a plane-parallel motion along a closed contour-trajectory lying in a vertical plane. The chain contour allows making the garages on the ground or underground or combined, arched over the streets, etc. When driving the car in, the motor-transmitting group brings a free platform (5) into the place detached for that purpose, and the car (6) gets in an automotive manner over the platform. When driving the car out, the motor-transmitting group brings the platform (5) with the car parked thereon into the place detached for that purpose, and the driver drives it out of the garage.
