Hormone-FC (FSH-Fc) HYDERMODERIC FUSION PROTEINS FOR INFERTILITY TREATMENT The invention provides heterodimeric fusion proteins comprising a first polypeptide that includes an FSH (244 directly or indirectly articulated) alpha subunit directly a neonatal FC receptor binding partner (FcRn) and a second polypeptide that includes an FSH beta subunit (225 FSH) articulated directly or indirectly to an FcRn binding partner. In one embodiment the FcRn binding partner includes an Fc fragment of an immunoglobulin, e.g., an IgG Fc fragment. Also provided are methods for producing and utilizing the fusion proteins of the invention. The invention provides a method for increasing fertility in an individual and a method for treating an individual having an FSH-responsive disease state.
