A profile for embedding in a concrete structure during moulding, the profile having a cross section which is generally U shaped or C-shaped with a base and a first and a second part extending laterally from opposite edges of the base to form the legs of the U shaped or C-shaped cross section, wherein the first part has a row of segments resembling a teeth-like structure along the edge of the base and the second part extends into a third part that is bend at an angle relatively to the second part.
