Process for treatment of multicomponent composite and combined materials based mostly on waste of electronic and electric equipment and using of components separated by this way

In the method of treating treated materials are prepared by removing of the contaminated components which contain toxic heavy metals and polychlorinated biphenyls by milling a waste to the particles with a size at most 5 to 25 mm. The particles are subjected to the action of the turners of the rotate mechanism during 10 seconds till 10 minutes in the inert or reduction atmosphere at the temperature 350 - 600 °C, and to the action of the movable bed of solid particles which are doing a whirling move. The separated compounds are used for the production of an alternative fuel or inorganic compounds like a metal concentrate for the metallurgical treating.
