Method for determination of content of toxic elements in raw material and in products of sugar production at which one performs separate measurement of mass concentration of each toxic element arsenium, cadmium, cooper, lead, zinc with determination of mass concentration of each of those elements in sugar beet, pulp or balm by general method according to which mineralization of each sample with output mass of weight 2.000 2,000±0,001 g is carried out through thermal treatment of sample through evaporation in presence of nitric acid in several stages depending on type of sample, before the last evaporation to sample of sugar beet, sample of pulp or sample of balm one adds concentrated nitric acid in amount of 5-10 cm, after that one adds hydrogen peroxide of chloric acid in amount of 2-3 cm, with evaporation and after the end of evaporation to each sample one adds water, after that mix obtained is boiled during 10-15 minutes, and graduated solutions of each of toxic elements for quantitative measurement of those are prepared with indication of concentrations that correspond to linear range of measurement of concentrations on given device, and for removal of organic additives before bringing sample of sugar beet, sample of pulp or sample of balm to atomic state one performs its ignition, and bringing liquid sample to atomic state is performed through electric atomization after which one determines optical density of atomic vapor of element in solution being analyzed.
