METHOD FOR MODELING ACUTE BILIARY PANCREATITIS IN DOG

摘要

Method for modeling acute biliary pancreatitis in dog through injection of autologic bile to outlet pass of one of parts of pancreas at calculated amount of 0.4-0.5 ml per 1pass kg of body mass of animal under pressure 6.6-8.0 kPa. Duodenotomy is performed at 1.5 cm lower than the end of intramural section of choledoch with sewing with Z-like catgut seam mucous tunic of duodenum over and under catheter going to outlet pass of one of parts of pancreas.
