A method for preventing the impairment of liver function in the patients with the acute biliary pancreatitis complicated with the acute hepatic failure relates to the medicine, in particular to the surgery, namely to the methods for the conservative treatment of the impairment of liver function and may be used as the method for the conservative preoperative preparation as well as the method comprising a part of the complex treatment of postoperative treatment of the impairment of liver function for preventing and correcting the disbalance in the structural and metabolic state of the liver.
