METHOD FOR TREATING ACUTE BILIARY PANCREATITIS

The method for treating acute biliary pancreatitis includes the intensive care and the endoscopic decompression of the biliary tract and biliary stent installation. Following decompression of the biliary tract, the stent is immediately set endoscopically into the major pancreatic duct. After the conservative treatment and improvement of patient's condition, both stents are removed.
