The invention relates to medicine, in particular to obstetrics and gynaecology, and it may be used for treatment of pregnant with complication as fetoplacental insufficiency and consists in use of vitamin preparations, microelements with the simultaneous prescribing of an immunomodulator with antioxidant properties -Immunofun«. Immunofun is prescribed intramuscularly at a dose of 1 ml 0.005 % solution every other day, and there are 7 injections per course.
