The invention relates to methods for plasma obtaining in which cumulative and hydrodynamic processes are used for purpose of controlled nuclear fusion. The method consists in that process of collision of a shock wave front with a cone hollow surface is realized in irregular reflection mode continuously with forming hydrodynamic how-temperature plasma flows, than at inertial confinement of it by means of energy cumulating it is formed high-temperature plasma flows up to values necessary for nuclear fusion. The invention provides the possibility of high-temperature plasma obtaining.
