The solar receiver has a solar, which generates hot water under any climatic circumstance and contains two independent circuits circulating around mixture of water and antifreeze. The circuits are warmed up to receive solar radiation and generate energy to water contained deposit through an interchanger, where a cooling fluid circulates around another circuit. Another circuit is provided to catch the environmental energy when the levels of solar radiation are not adapted. The panels are provided for evaporation and condensed the water tank through another interchanger or coil.
