The dross producing method involves making a mixture of polyethenol resin, a plasticizer and a load in a turbine mixer. The mixture is subjected to a thermal process in which, initially, a controlled thermal impaction takes place between polyethenol resin and the turbine mixer and then the temperature of the reactor is raised. The mixture is extruded in a double screw extruder with forced evacuation of gases, where in fusion phase, a degree of fluidity of 10-30 grams per ten minutes is attained, followed by extrusion and subsequent hot trimming to produce the dross.
