The method involves processing of plastic-fractions accumulated during collection of dual points and shredding of old vehicles, and freeing of plastic fractions from wood, metals, papers and inert materials. The plastic-fractions are then subjected to combustion. A pre-determined quantity of thermoplastic materials is provided in a processed plastic waste mixture, during processing of the plastic. The mixture is homogenously mixed with carbon-contained material and is delivered to pellet press (10), and is cooled and burned. An independent claim is also included for a system for manufacturing of pellets.
