The present invention provides a method, system and device for service tracking. The method includes: receiving a service tracking request message, which includes the information of the service to be tracked and the reply information; performing a service tracking according to the information of the service to be tracked; obtaining the feedback data of the service tracking; and sending the feedback data of the service tracking according to the reply information. The data of the service tracking can be efficiently fed back after the service tracking requester sends a service tracking request by using the present invention.
