A spoon for drinking and eating, wherein a plurality of slender and narrow slit grooves (3) are formed in a bowl part (2), whereby a drink is allowed to be carried into a mouth without spilling the drink even if the spoon is tilted by utilizing, for liquid matter, the surface tension thereof, and utilizing, for viscous matter, the viscosity thereof so as to hold the drinking in the slit grooves (3), and even solid matter is allowed to be carried into the mouth by sticking the teeth into the solid matter because the teeth between the slit grooves function as a fork.
