PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an eating and drinking spoon allowing even a person having weak mouth force such as an aged person, a sick person, or a little child to easily take food and drink on a scooping part into a mouth.;SOLUTION: This eating and drinking spoon 100 includes: a handle 101; and the scooping part 102 formed with one or more grooves on the rear face. The one or more grooves can include grooves 102L, 102R formed in a direction to which the scooping part is inserted into the mouth.
