According to the present invention, there is provided a drive-power transmission structure for a mower device for transmitting drive power from a driving source disposed on a chassis to the mower device, which has plural rotating shafts and disposed under the chassis between front wheels and rear wheels. The drive-power transmission structure includes a main-drive shaft for the mower device, which is operatively connected with the driving source, in which the main-drive shaft is connected with the plural rotating shafts via shafts. With the drive-power transmission structure having the above arrangement, it is possible to achieve secured and efficient drive-power transmission between the main-drive shaft and the mower device.
