The present invention relates to a protein transduction domain (PTD) oligomer, that is, a new type of oligomerized cell permeable peptide (CPP), apreparationmethod thereof, and a method for transferring a target material into a cell using the same. The protein transduction domain oligomer of the present invention is used for enhancement of virus-mediated gene transfer, thereby improving the therapeutic effects of gene and cell therapies.
