The present invention relates to a system for a distribution of energy, using; an energy distributor (10), for a distribution to one or more system related subscribers (11 , 12, 13); a first network ('N1 '), adapted to distribute said energy from the distributor (10) and to each of the selected subscribers, a measuring unit, for measuring any consumed energy; a third network ('N3'), adapted so that said distributor (10) may receive, evaluate and/or identify relevant measuring values of said selected units. An energy connecting or disconnecting LBS device (11c, 12c, 13c) is allotted to said selected subscriber. The present invention especially discloses that a first signal related information ('A'), initiated from said distributor (10), is received at a first circuit (111 ), and is causing, on one hand, a deactivation (OFF position) of relevant contact means (11c') related to said subscriber LBS device (11 c) and, on a second hand, an activation of a blocking means (120a) related to a manually operable means (120). A second signal related information ('B'), initiated from the distributor (10), is received by said first circuit (111) and is causing a deactivation of said blocking means (120a) related to said manually operable means (112').
