A flashlight having a portable holder is provided to enhance convenience of a user by preventing the flashlight from being detached from a wrist belt, even when a user is running. A flashlight(10) is inserted into a ring(21). A belt(22) is connected to the ring. A support mount(23) is formed on one side of the ring. A cover(24) is hinge-coupled to one end of the ring. The ring and the cover are fixed by using a locking unit. A groove(D) is formed on the other end of the support mount, so that a clip(25) is attached to the cover and held by the groove. A hook is formed on the ring on the other side of the support mount, so that a clamp is attached to the cover and held by the hook.
