COMPOSITON FOR PREVENTING LEANING WHEN FORMING CAPACITOR AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING CAPACITOR USING IT

A composition for preventing the leaning of a capacitor and a method for preparing a capacitor by using the composition are provided to prevent the leaning between adjacent lower electrodes when the storage electrode of a cylinder type capacitor is manufactured, thereby increasing capacitance. A composition for preventing the leaning of a capacitor comprises 1-5 wt% of a compound represented by the formula 1; and an organic solvent, wherein R is a linear or branched C1-C10 alkyl group, a C1-C10 linear or branched alkyl group substituted with a hydroxyl group, a C3-C10 linear branched ester group-containing substituent, or a C2-C10 linear or branched ether group-containing substituent. Preferably the compound of the formula 1 has a molecular weight of 300-30,000; and the organic solvent is at least one selected from the group consisting of propylene glycol methyl ether acetate(PGMEA), propylene glycol monomethyl ether(PGME), ethyl lactate, cyclohexanone, gamma-butyrolactone, n-butanol, 1-pentanol, and 2-pentanol.
