A server for delivering e-comic books, and a device and a method for making the translated e-comic books are provided to deliver the e-comic books to client terminals connected through the network without changing originality of the e-comic books by transmitting original e-comic book data, mask data for masking a first language display part, and translation data for displaying a second language. An original e-comic book data storing part(16) stores original e-comic book data representing original e-comic books computerizing original comic books. A mask data storing part(17) stores mask data representing a mask sheet, which is displayed on a mask layer of an original e-comic book layer for displaying the original e-comic book and is colored by a mask color for masking text information of the original e-comic book. A translation data storing part(18) stores transaction data representing a translation display sheet, which is displayed on a translation layer of the mask layer and includes translation instead of the text information of the original e-comic book. A translated e-comic book transmitter(12) transmits the original e-comic book data, the mask data, and the translation data, which are respectively encoded by using encryption keys, by a delivery request of the translated e-comic book.
