A 3-row heat exchanger is provided to couple an inlet pipe and an outlet pipe to a single header pipe to optimize a space occupied by the heat exchanger and to simplify the structure of the inlet and outlet pipes. A 3-row heat exchanger includes a header pipe(30) connected with an inlet pipe(10) at an inlet row(31) and an outlet pipe(20) at an outlet row(33), wherein a middle row(32) is positioned between the inlet and outlet rows. The inlet row is mounted with a baffle(34) connecting the inlet row to the middle row. The header pipe is formed with first connection grooves in a refrigerant path positioned at the opposite side from the inlet/outlet pipe coupling side. The other header pipe(40) is formed with second connection grooves connecting a middle row(42) to a last row(43).
