An intelligent call center system interconnected to a management system of a delivery specialized company is provided to perform representative telephone marketing of each company without the need for constructing a large scale call center by sharing a call center DB and telephone orders efficiently. When a client(101) gives a telephone order through a representative telephone(102) and if the client is confirmed as a unregistered member by searching a client DB(104) interconnected to an exchange(103), a call center(106) accepts the telephone order(107) and transmits the telephone order details to a client DB(110) of a member shop(111), and the member shop only outputs an order slip(113). And if the client is confirmed as a registered member, the member shop is able to accept the telephone order, and output the order slip. Even though the client gives the telephone order directly to the member shop(115), the member shop accepts the telephone order, outputs the order slip directly, stores the client information in the client DB(110), and then transmits(116) the client information to a client DB in a main office(108) and the client DB(104) of the exchange.
