A method for integrated management of micro-array experiment information and a Recording medium thereof are provided to construct a hierarchy database about the result of a DNA chip experiment and to perform various statistical analyses in an integrated system to treat the result thereof. Project information, experiment data, work information and image data about a DNA chip are registered(110,120). A block indexing and a spot indexing are performed to images of the image data, and an analysis result is created by performing a statistical analysis to the indexed images(130,140). The analysis result is written in a database which is created according to the project information, the experiment data and the work information(150).
