A pistol type gas gun is provided to minimize the amount of residual gas in a gas chamber by installing a suction pipe closely to a bottom surface of the gas chamber. A pistol type gas gun comprises a body(1), a gas container(3a), and a nozzle(2). The body includes a griping section(3) and a barrel(5). The gas container is installed in the gripping section of the body. The nozzle sprays the mixture contained in the gas container toward the barrel. The nozzle is installed at an upper portion of the gas container while being immersed in the mixture contained in the gas container. An inlet hole(2a) is formed at one side of the nozzle and a discharge hole is formed at the other side of the nozzle. The discharge nozzle is connected to a spray pipe(5a) provided in the barrel.
