A PERMEABLE CEMENT CONCRETE CONSTRUCTION METHOD USING A YELLOW EARTH POWDER

A yellow fine-grained soil permeable cement concrete construction method having frostbite prevention and cleaning functions is provided to absorb/control moisture and to increase draining efficiency by mixing the yellow fine-grained soil with recycled rubber chips and resins. Yellow soil is collected and dried(S1). Yellow soil powder is separated from the dried yellow soil(S2). The separated yellow soil powder is paved(S3). The yellow soil powder is coated on a fine-grained soil by mixing the fine-grained soil aggregate of less than 20mm with the yellow soil powder(S4). Recycled rubber chips and resins are mixed with the fine-grained soil aggregate coated with the yellow soil powder(S5). The mixed materials are extruded(S6). The extruded materials are paved on the scene(S7). The paved materials are hardened(S8).
